Mastering Mindfulness

Join our experienced Mindfulness Teacher, June Brade, for a four-week programme designed to help you build mindfulness skills, improve wellbeing, and create greater balance in everyday life.

Key details:

  • Course Begins: Monday 29th June
  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Format: Self-paced online learning, complete at a time that suits you
  • Content: New resources and activities released throughout the programme
  • Live sessions: Weekly Group Mindfulness sessions every Tuesday at 7pm and The Relaxation Room Live sessions every Wednesday at 7pm. Both sessions last approximately 30 minutes.
  • Additional support: Course-specific live weekly drop-in sessions with June for questions and guidance
  • Suitable for: Beginners and those looking to refresh, or even continue their mindfulness practice

 

Opening on Monday 29th June, this refreshed course will introduce practical mindfulness techniques drawn from evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Through guided practices, reflective activities, and expert support, you’ll learn simple ways to become more present, focused, and resilient.

Resources and pre-recorded content will be released throughout the programme, so be sure to check back regularly for new materials and activities.

Alongside the course content, you’ll be invited to join our weekly Relaxation Room Live webinars with June. These interactive sessions offer an opportunity to practise mindfulness together and deepen your learning. You’ll also have access to course-specific catch-up sessions, where you can ask questions and receive additional support throughout the programme to ensure it stays tailored to the community.
