Empowering Leaders – We provide school leaders with an understanding of their own wellbeing and how to plan for and lead the wellbeing of staff and students using the latest research showing how a positive whole school/ trust wellbeing culture can impact stress levels and academic outcomes.
Whole-School Approach – Our school leadership expert will take you through a six step process to embed whole school/trust wellbeing through a programme of training, audit, planning and delivery drawing on in house tools as well as resources from the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools at Leeds Beckett University.
Proven Impact – Drawing on 30 years of research and experience, our approach has seen standards rise, staff more fulfilled and students more engaged and especially important at this time, it helps to make your school/ trust an employer of choice.
Regular, scheduled, one-to-one or group leadership supervision support. Proactive support that helps provide school leaders with strategies and models to help them make sense of challenges and problems that they face.

Andy has over 30 years of teaching experience and 17 years as a Headteacher. During that time, he served as President of NAHT, opened and led the Blackpool Teaching School Alliance and was a board member for the Blackpool Opportunity Area and the Blackpool School Improvement Board.
