What the Health Line Offers
Our Health Line connects you directly to our in-house Nursing Team and GP Service where required, ensuring you get prompt, expert care. From initial advice to onward referrals, we can support you every step of the way.
When you call, you’ll speak to one of our qualified nurses who will:
- Listen carefully to your concerns
- Provide expert advice and reassurance
- Refer you to in-house services where appropriate — such as counselling, physiotherapy or other in-house programmes

GP Phone Consultations
When you need medical support, our GP Phone Consultation service ensures you have fast and reliable access to professional care — whenever you need it.
Our integrated GP service extends beyond Health Line hours, giving you 24/7 access to practising GPs, 365 days a year. Whether it’s the middle of the night or a busy school day, you can speak directly with a qualified doctor for expert advice, reassurance or diagnosis.
We offer unlimited consultations, with no restrictions on call length or frequency, so you can take the time you need to discuss your concerns in full. For acute symptoms such as chest or urinary infections, same-day appointments are available, and prescriptions can be issued and delivered conveniently via text message.*
