Following the DfE’s recent communication, We’d like to share an update with you about the global PHP security vulnerability impacting many organisations worldwide. PHP is a widely used programming language that supports many websites, online portals and web-based systems.
We have assessed our systems and confirmed that we were using PHP versions affected by the vulnerability. All required security patches were applied within 24 hours of our team becoming aware of the issue, without requiring major changes to our systems.
We have also reviewed the relevant supplier communications, vendor guidance and security advisories. No action is required by your school in relation to the services we provide.
