Dr Donna Payne is an experienced Occupational Health Physician. She is a qualified GP and specialist occupational health doctor. She has worked in clinical and wellbeing roles in schools.
She holds multiple undergraduate degrees and postgraduate and professional exams including membership exams of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP), and Associate status with Faculty of Occupational Medicine (AFOM).
Dr Payne brings a practical, evidence-based approach to occupational health, supporting both employees and organisations to manage health in the workplace effectively.
With over 20 years’ experience working with Schools, Academies and Trusts, Chris has a PHD in Industrial Relations and Employment Law. He is CEO at The Schools People (part of The Schools Advisory Service family) specialising in HR & Employment Law Consultancy & GDPR services for the Education Sector. Chris brings a practical, real-world approach to Occupational Health from a HR perspective, focussed on delivering solutions for both employer and employee.
