SAS Gym Live Sessions
SAS Gym personal trainers Ed & Valusska host two weekly fitness sessions to suit all levels of abilities every Wednesday and Thursday evening at 5pm.
Wednesday – Stretching & Breathing Class: techniques to relieve aches, pains and tension as well as promote relaxation.
Thursday – Full Body Workout Class: challenge yourself with a range of workouts designed to get your whole body moving.
