How to Log Claims
The easiest way to administer your policy is via our user friendly online portal. If you need any help, the website includes a ‘Take a Tour’ feature that walks you through all aspects of administration step by step. Alternatively, the video below provides you with a brief of how to create and update your staff list, input holidays, report and update claims.

Each school will also be assigned a dedicated SAS Account Manager, so if you have any queries, or want to report a claim over the phone or via email, that’s more than okay. We are always happy to help and only ever a phone call or email away!
