FAST Pathways

Unique mental wellbeing skills training. Wellbeing strategy consultancy

How many people do you know who eat their 5 a day, every day?  We all know we should, but we don’t always do what’s good for us.  And the same applies to looking after our mental wellbeing.  Most approaches rely on doing something differently, consistently enough to maintain the results.

FAST Pathways is different – unique mental wellbeing skills training, designed to bypass the drawbacks of trying to manage stress and deliver lasting change, keeping stress useful.  We deliver training for staff, parents and older students (Year 9 and above), as interactive talks and master classes, or completely online.  With most of the skills taking less than 10 minutes to master, it’s bite sized.

Often with less than an hour’s training, the FAST Pathways skills have prevented resignations, resolved the fear of presentations and exams, enabled the return to work after repeated absences, and underpinned many creative solutions to what seemed unsolvable challenges.

Sue Evans, the FAST Pathways creator is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and an Approved Havening® Practitioner, trained in each by the original creators.  She has a Diploma in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), a combined Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Coaching and NLP; and Institute of Leadership and Management certification as a Mentor and Coach.  In recognition for her speaking and training, in 2017 Sue also became a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association, one of only around 60 across the whole of the UK and Ireland.

Since launching FAST Pathways, Sue’s mission is to save the NHS £1million in avoidable prescriptions and interventions, training thousands of people in the skills for better mental wellbeing.

From an Engineering background, Sue also draws on extensive experience of delivering transformational culture change (and saving many £millions along the way), to support the development and delivery of an effective wellbeing strategy.

Because done well, wellbeing’s so much more than avoiding mental ill-health.  It underpins better performance, confidence, problem-solving, working relationships, decision-making and ability to deal with challenges, uncertainty and change.
