Ed & SAS CEO John Brady Workout

Our in-house personal trainer Ask Ed puts SAS CEO John Brady through his paces in a short 15-minute workout video that you can follow at home yourselves!

The video includes:
– Bench Press
– Bicep Curls
– Static Lunges

Please note: Care should be taken when undertaking any new fitness regime that is new activity to your normal routine.
