Children in Need Fundraising and World Record update

After some fantastic fundraising for BBC Children in Need in recent years, Schools Advisory Service have really upped the ante this year and are looking for their biggest fundraising effort to date!

Our team attended the Children in Need Evening with the Stars last week in London. Everyone looked at their very best and the event was a huge success, with lots of money and awareness being raised for Children in Need and our team having a great time too!

This ties in with our continued effort to help break the Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Language Lesson. The event is organised by Chris Williams and David Andrews and is looking to get 10,000 pupils on board to break the record, which we are very close to reaching. Schools Advisory Service will be donating £1 per pupil involved so the more we have, the bigger the donation and the greater difference we can make!

The lesson takes place at 2.30pm on Friday 13th November, details of how to sign up are at so please sign up as soon as possible to ensure you are fully prepared for the lesson and look forward to becoming record breakers with us!
