Forum Strategy Introduction to Mindfulness

Members of Forum Strategy are invited to attend a free introduction to mindfulness meditation with June Brade from the Schools Advisory service, taking place on 26 March 9am – 10am. The session will explain the key benefits of mindfulness, including its positive effects on our body and our mind. Attendees will then be guided through a mindfulness meditation session, focussed on breathing as a way of paying attention to the moment, and through guided imagery for relaxation.

June Brade is a therapist with over 10 years of experience; she has learned to use mindfulness to manage her own emotions, and this has inspired her to help others do the same.
